CHD Community and Me: Ellen Mitchell's Story

Ellen is the Regional Community Coordinator for HeartKids in South Australia. Through her work, Ellen attends regional cardiac clinics, assists in facilitating community events, connecting peers across South Australia, and supporting the community in innovative ways.
